Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

1. Purpose & Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy defines the rules governing interactions with the AbroadCMS platform. All tenant administrators, agency staff, counselors, and external applicants must comply with these guidelines.

2. Strictly Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use AbroadCMS to:

  • Submit fraudulent, forged, or counterfeit educational credentials, diplomas, or financial sponsorship documents.
  • Send unsolicited commercial bulk emails, spam, or phishing campaigns to prospective students.
  • Upload infected files, malware, viruses, or any payload intended to compromise server infrastructure.
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or breach the multi-tenant isolation barriers or reverse-engineer the API.
  • Circumvent plan limits, user quotas, or storage thresholds through spoofing or unauthorized multiple accounts.

3. Account Security & Credential Protection

Consultancy administrators are responsible for managing staff access credentials, enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where appropriate, and immediately deactivating accounts for staff who depart the agency.

4. Enforcement & Reporting Violations

Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of workspace access without prior notice. If you discover potential security vulnerabilities or policy violations, report them immediately to [email protected].
