Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 7-Day Free Trial Evaluation
AbroadCMS provides a 7-day unrestricted free trial on all plans. We encourage all education agencies to thoroughly evaluate our application workflows, lead tracking, and student document features before choosing a paid subscription. No payment is collected during the trial period.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle and are non-refundable once the billing period begins. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your workspace settings at /dashboard/settings/billing. Upon cancellation, your workspace remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, with no subsequent charges.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions benefit from discounted pricing (20% off monthly rates). If you cancel an annual subscription within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund minus applicable payment processing fees. After 14 days, refunds for annual plans are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
4. Cancellation Process
Workspace owners can initiate cancellation at any time directly in the tenant billing dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Your tenant records will be safeguarded according to our standard data retention and deletion schedule.
